The RAX-600F Rack is a 19″ 6U rack mount with integrated dual fan system which is ideal for housing compatible CYP products. Whether a conventional point-to-point system or a fully fledged multi-zone environment, organisation of the numerous components is essential when creating the perfect installation. The equipment rack can typically become a very complex place, especially when employing multiple point-to-point extenders, repeaters and break out boxes.
The RAX series of racking solutions offers installers the ideal solution to house multiple components neatly and securely, but still offering simple access for servicing. The RAX-600F is a 6U rack mount housing conforming to standard rack depth and width sizes. The RAX-600F is capable of housing up to 15 individual components.

There are a large number of CYP products that will fit within the RAX-600F. As a general rule any product that is 231.5mm wide will fit in the rack. So this covers all AV over IP transmitters, receivers and controllers as well as other products such as the EL-42M-PIP.
No. Third party products that are smaller than the width of the rack can fit inside with the help of the RAX-B-600 blanking shelf. With the help of these blanking plates you can attach video sources or other AV equipment into the rack.
The RAX-600F comes with the dual fans built into the housing of the rack whereas the RAX-600 does not, and requires the RAX-FAN-600 to be inserted into one of the rack mount component slots.
